to integrate an option to quit the application after confirmation
3 votesAdding an exit button/feature is against Android Best Practices. I will not add it. Why do you need such a feature ?

Don't rewind on resume
When you resume playing a podcast after disconnecting and later reconnecting a bluetooth headset, the playback position rewinds a considerable time; sometimes about 30 minutes, sometimes to around the 15 minute mark. Annoying in a 4 hour episode!
8 votesPlease open a ticket using the ‘Contact Support’ button in case of a bug.
Can you please tell me which hardware you are using ? Looks like it might be a device with a MTK65xx CPU which has a severe bug. Those devices cannot resume from Playback using default Android APIs. You will have the same problem with every player app unless they developed a workaround for this specific hardware. -
retention quotes
defined retention periods episodes that remain stored after having been read for each feed separately.

Bug - 1 custom playlists reordering doesn't work
Item won't stay in new position and others jump around.
3 votesPlease in case of a bug open a ticket using the ‘Contact support’ button.
Can you please try clearing the playlist and readding items to it using the playlist menu ‘Enqueue downloaded episodes’. It should fix the issue in case of a corrupted playlist. Please tell me if this happens again.Xavier

provide a menu to set individual podcasts to download automatically
For some podcasts I will listen to every episode so automatic downloading would be handy, but for others I only listen to the occasional episode so downloading automatically would just be filling up space. It would be nice if there was an option in the subscription manager to toggle automatic downloads for each podcast separately.
2 votesI was going to answer that but you already find out ;)
I will soon improve the way settings can be adapted for each podcasts. -
Auto start playback when connecting headphones
It would be great if there was an option to start playback automatically when connecting headphones/headset. The idea is that I unplug them upon arriving at work and it stops, and about 8 hours later I plug them in and continue where I left off - awesomeness. It's also a good way to pause playback without handling your phone if you don't have headset buttons.
9 votesYou can already do this by enabling the following:
Settings/Player/Headset/Keep listening to controls
Settings/Player /Headset/Resume on connection
That way the app will be able to start playback when plugging the headset even if the player isn’t started.
But be carreful, because Podcast Addict will then react to every controls even if another app is opened -
Have a "stop download"
Have not space enough for downloading all 900 podcasts. How can i stop the downloading without unsubscribing and loosing all 300 downloaded files?
1 voteIf you want to cancel a single download go into the episode page and press the download ‘animation button’ in the toolbar to cancel it. You can also open the Download in progress filter (it can also be opened from the download notification) and long press the episode to cancel it. If you want to cancel every downloads, just use the cancel downloads button in the ‘Download in progress’ filter screen

option to search for feeds of articles (that is, no audio or video)
Currently you can only search for audio or video or both. Add the possibility to look for feeds of written articles.
1 voteThe app support RSS text feeds, but I want the search engine to only return podcasts feeds because this is the main purpose of the app.
You can still subscribe to text feeds by clicking on them on a website, by copy/pasting the feed url or by importing your subscriptions as an OPML file
