  1. allow user to set battery level at which automatic updates don't occur

    If battery is at a user-defined level, stop auto updates to save battery. Otherwise, user has to force stop

  2. "Max Episode Age" setting for the "Feed Customization - Override Global Download" option

    Add the option to customize a feed\subscription to limit the Number of Episodes AND the Maximum Episode Age. The max age should be customizable to limit by; Day(s), Week(s), Month(s), Year(s), or a Fixed Date.

    Consider, for example, you have a daily news podcast where you want a custom download setting to A.) limit the downloads to a Maximum of 3 episodes, and B.) limit the Max Episode Age to say 1 week old.

    Without the Age limit, if you download daily, you will get two archived unlistened to episodes regardless of how old they are. The solution to that…

  5. Customize Expanded Notification Buttons

    I prefer only having Rewind-Play/Pause-Fast Forward as default podcast controls. Right now in the expanded notifications the Fast Forward. and Rewind buttons are too small because of the Next and Previous buttons sitting beside them, which makes it too easy to make mistaken taps. Thanks for your consideration.

  6. Repeat Current and Mark Read.

    When you play an episode with Repeat Current, it never marks the episode as read even though the end of episode is reached, probably because it is playing from the beginning again. Please let PA mark an episode as read with repeat current option on. Or as someone suggested, mark an episode as read after a certain percentage WITHOUT having to press any button.

  7. Show new episodes on last feed update at any time

    Sometimes I can't to go through the list of new episodes after the feed update for reasons like lack of time, battery drains and so on.
    So I'd like to be able to see all episodes that were new on last feed update, even those that I have already seen, and even after a reboot.

  8. Grande Timeline

    Il manque dans l'interface du player en affichage par défaut ou en vue "automobile" une timeline qui ferait toute la largeur du smartphone (en portrait mais surtout en paysage) afin d'avoir une GRANDE Timeline et pouvoir naviguer dans les longs podcasts plus facilement....

  9. Disabled Video Streams from showing the "Latest Episode (7d)"

    Podcast Addict is a great app. Its also got a little gem of a feature to play video streams online on podcast addict to a chromecast. The only problem with this I have found is the video stream link shows up in the latest episodes. These video streams are not episodes, just web links to videos that only play on chromecast.

    I suggest you add a setting to specify which media you want in the "Latest Episodes (7d)" or just remove them all together.

    Bonjour. Ce serait fantastique de pouvoir taguer le début d'une chanson avec son titre et son auteur. Comme je pense que c'est compliqué que cela soit fait en origine, les utilisateurs de PCA pourraient le faire et qu'ils soient automatiquement partagés entre les abonnés au même podcast.

  14. should not shorten the topics

    first in line I use podcast addict as an rss reader. In the list view I like to read the full topic first, before I decide to read the hole entry.
    Even if the topic then would go over two lines, I would prefer to see the entire topic

  17. exclude podcasts with certain text should just mark as read.

    Right now now I exclude podcasts with certain text from a feed, but sometimes I want to listen to them. I wish they would be marked just as read and kept in the list instead of disappearing.

  20. add proxy download for episode downloads
