format show durations in a consistent manner
Some feeds provide leading zero's, some always include hours and minutes and seconds, even when it's under an hour etc. These lengths should ideal be parsed and reformatted sprintf() stylee to give a consistent format.

To make already listened episodes darker than the other ones
Currently, the already listened episodes only differs from the other one with a green check mark on the top right icon of them, so that, the non listened episodes do not have a visual attractiveness because the listened episodes still request much attention. Once said that, I suggests that the already listened episodes be darker than the other (such as another famous postcast manager).

have an option to auto open or play the podcast file
If you download an eBook podcast like from an RSS stream and want to use PA to do it, currently you push the play button and it opens the eBook app like Google Play Books. What would be nice is if you could choose on a per podcast basis when a new file is downloaded it automatically starts playing so the other app can auto add it to the library when you open it.

Add option to prevent podcasts from overriding the image per episode
Some podcasts set a custom image per episode and also don't include the podcast name in the title. When browsing all new episodes, it's impossible to tell from these entries which podcast they come from without clicking on them.
I would prefer if these podcasts were blocked from overriding the icon per episode.

Allow to choose/override the “Download Folder” by podcast
I normally listen to audio postcast on the cellular phone (with headphones) and the video podcast on the my TV through a DLNA app. and all works perfectly.
To simplify my browsing on the TV (through a DLNA), I would like to be able to choose/override the “Download Folder” by podcast, like the APP already does for other features (ex: override podcast artwork, override category, etc)

Lock screen widget for video playback
It is nice to have the player widget for audio podcast in the lockscreen (you know that "Backward" - "Play/Pause" - "Forward" thing over the numpad). Unfortunately, there is no such widget for video podcasts. This would be a great addon to your feature "Allow device to be locked (screen off) for video podcasts.".
PS.: Your app is great and absolutely worthit.

Allow custom download dates for automatic downloading
For example, I like the show on Mondays but not Thursdays so I would set it to download only on Mondays or every day BUT Thursday.

Show a "No data" hint if displayed list is empty
If no episodes are displayed, the screen below the header is completly empty. It would be great if at least a Text message indicates that there is nothing to display. This will clear upcoming confusions.

sleep option
on sleep to automatically switch off all network connections - goto airline safe mode. Could you add such a setting in your sleep timer?

add gain control for the audio files.
Some audio files have have lower or higher gain. It would be nice to be able to configure a specific gain and not to worry about volume.

Change the 'play icon'(triangle) left to the add/remove from playlist to another one
I always found confusing when pressing the play button (left to the add/remove from playlist), because it never changed from “play icon” to “pause icon”.
I realized that this confusion could be cleared if you changed this“play icon” to another icon with the meaning of 'start playing another podcast'1 vote -
A settings button to clear the cache.
I, and many others flash our ROM weekly or monthly. If I fail to delete episodes or make a proper backup I've got several gigs of dead space on my main storage. (stupid 4.4, preventing apps from using SD.)
