  1. Create a flag to join playlist of audio and video podcast

    There are some music podcast that are in video mode but does not show any video. If there is a flag to join the playlist of video and audio podcast it would make life easier.

  3. Create a Podcast Addict's podcast database/listing...

    ...so podcast producers could inscribe their podcasts to Podcast Addict independently. It would be perfect for Podcast Addict users, and podcast listeners, to find a podcast that doesn't show on the itunes listing.

  5. Swipe left/right for previous/next episode.

    I listen to podcasts when I go running. It's a little clumsy trying to find the button to move to the next episode. A swipe function would allow me to do that without even having to look at it.

    Keep only one Episode (latest) e.g. for daily newsflash and purge all others so that the podcast contains always only the latest episode, not more.

  8. Enable streaming to Roku devices.

    This would allow stereo/tv speaker use without tying up phone with cable. Create Roku channel too or use existing roku app that supports media streaming? Youtube, Pandora have their own apps.

  9. Have enhanced podcasts.

    In some podcasts on iTunes, there are enhanced podcasts where you can click on the player and it goes to the thing they're talking about, like a video or article. There should be an option or something to download that version.

  10. Play youtube videos using internal player

    This would be useful because it would enable us to build playlists with youtube videos, resume videos where we stopped and mark them as read and remove from when they finish.

    A behaviour like audio podcasts.

    This is not a request to download or play youtube videos offline, the idea is to use streaming.

    Just an idea, don't know if it is possible.

  11. Allow different streaming permissions for audio and video

    Allow audio to be streamed or downloaded over cellular while preventing video from doing so.

  12. let me set times when it won't download new episodes and only download when power is connected

    I only want to download new episodes at night when the phone is charging.

  14. check for writability of the external SD, even on KitKat. I am rooted and patched so I can store files where I want.

    Instead of just assuming that a KitKat device cannot arbitrarily write to external SD, check for writability when selecting the download directory for podcasts. iow, no more :"Since android KitKat, apps can no longer write to the SD card except in their own folder."

  16. Add more stats to silence skip

    I really like the feature so far. Very cool to see it's saved me 20 minutes over 2 days of use. I would really like to have a detailed statistics screen for the silence skip feature. This would hopefully include a breakdown by podcast, then by episode. In addition reset counter/ delete data button for the total counter+all data and a separate one for each podcast.

  17. Show Published/Unpublished Episodes

    If a podcast only publishes a limited number of episodes (say 30 or 50) there is no way to tell if one of the older episodes that I have downloaded is still being published or if it is no longer listed.

  19. Parse plain text for URL links

    Some podcast descriptions include a URL link to more info but are in plain text and aren't clickable. Is there a way you all could have the app parse and convert any "http://" to hyperlinks?

  20. Episodes Filters should mark episode read, not just hide them.

    Right now I filter some episodes with words, but sometimes I do want to download them or the filters catch episodes I don't want them too. Right now Episodes Filter hides episodes and there is not way to download them.

    Episodes Filters should mark the episode as read and still show in the podcast list.
