Grande Timeline
Il manque dans l'interface du player en affichage par défaut ou en vue "automobile" une timeline qui ferait toute la largeur du smartphone (en portrait mais surtout en paysage) afin d'avoir une GRANDE Timeline et pouvoir naviguer dans les longs podcasts plus facilement....

View a list of episodes in a category
Currently it is only possible to view a list of podcasts within a category, I would like the option to view all the individual episodes in a category.

Show the listened date
When viewing details of a podcast which was listened to previously, showing the date it was listened to would help when trying to keep track of what was in a podcast you want to go back to. I use many of my podcasts for CPE credit, and having that would simplify tracking my time.

Allow swiping L/R between views...
Instead of using a drop down to choose which screen or view I want, simply swipe left and right between them.
For example, if I'm viewing categories then I could swipe from the right to move into pod casts view, then again to see feeds, and again to playlist, and finally to the player. Then swipe from the left to go up the other way. Beyond Pod used to do that and it was simple, fast, and naturally intuitive.

Automatically mark as read
Most podcatchers AUTOMATICALLY mark an episode as read immediately upon opening or swiping to the next one (while reading). The list should visually reflect the difference read/unread (the current green tick mark works just fine). The menu should also include an option to "show read". Please consider integrating this feature! Thanks!

Add smart playlist based on age/groups/priorities
Allow putting subscriptions into category groups with priorities for the the groups and within the groups. Then have a auto-playlist that goes in newest/priority order within the unplayed episodes in your favorite group, then next favorite, etc., always going back to the top of the list when you finish an item if new episodes have been added. That would simplify car listening by always making the newest episode of your favorite topic group that is available the default at the top of the list.

allow me to swipe away episodes I don't want to listen to.
On the latest episode list, I would like to be able to swipe left or right to delete that episode as I don't intend to listen to it. It can be a little bit annoying to have to scroll through a bunch of episodes I don't want to listen to over andover again.

"Max Episode Age" setting for the "Feed Customization - Override Global Download" option
Add the option to customize a feed\subscription to limit the Number of Episodes AND the Maximum Episode Age. The max age should be customizable to limit by; Day(s), Week(s), Month(s), Year(s), or a Fixed Date.
Consider, for example, you have a daily news podcast where you want a custom download setting to A.) limit the downloads to a Maximum of 3 episodes, and B.) limit the Max Episode Age to say 1 week old.
Without the Age limit, if you download daily, you will get two archived unlistened to episodes regardless of how old they are. The solution to that…

PA Player should respect Headphone plug-in <> Bluetooth audio handoff
If you're listening with a bluetooth speaker, and while the player is playing, you then plug in headphones, the audio switches to the Headphone. This is good. But then if you disconnect the bluetooth speaker, the player pauses. This is bad. I do this when getting ready for a workout.
The opposite also happens; If you're listening with headphones plugged in and then establish a bluetooth connection with your speaker, then unplug the headphones; the player pauses. Add Network settings category to list of podcast specific custom settings.
This could allow, for example, certain podcasts to be downloaded on cell network while keeping the default behavior as WiFi download only.

Enable the always on player banner on the playlist screen
The player banner is a great addition to podcast addict and allows quick access to the current/last played episode yet it is missing from the bottom of the playlist screen.

Show new episodes on last feed update at any time
Sometimes I can't to go through the list of new episodes after the feed update for reasons like lack of time, battery drains and so on.
So I'd like to be able to see all episodes that were new on last feed update, even those that I have already seen, and even after a reboot.6 votes -
Add a tab for played podcast
In the episode section, it would be nice if you could add one more line among the downloaded episodes, new published and other where we could see in a better view of those we really listened and we would like to remove those that have been marked as read and that was not listening

Having a sleep timer option for the next silent gap
Some podcasts have silent gaps when they are changing topics or when they made an edit. It would be good for a sleep timer option that tells you when the next gap is or where all the gaps are and being able to choose that time as a sleep timer so the podcast doesbt get cutout in the middle of a conversation.
