Today I was asked for podcast recommendations and I thought it would be great if one could share the entire podcast list with the world.
Please consider implementing a feature where podcast addict would create a website with a list of epidodes in the app. It could look like the app to give users without the app the feel for it. Podcasts would be clickable and the link would send the user to podcast's website. An extra would be to also have a subpage for episodes with link to specific episodes.

Integrate with IFTTT
There should be a way to integrate with IFTTT.
For example, I share my news items of interest to Diigo, which then (through IFTTT) posts to Blogger and Twitter, without duplicates.
If I could have podcast episodes that I finished at a predetermined level (or even via a manual share) sent to IFTTT that triggered a recipe already in-place to distribute my shared content as designed (Blogger and Twitter, simultaneously and without duplicates).
IFTTT is very simple and extremely useful, so an integration with Podcast Addict -- one of my top three most-used apps -- would be great.

Support M3U Playlist
Play a M3U playlist that is stored on the device. By navigating to the M3U playlist file and selecting it, PA would play all of the files listed in the playlist

Order playlist simply by download status
This would enable subordinate ordering by date of publication, date of download, length, priority, etc., while grouping all downloaded items at either the top or bottom of the playlist.

Snip out sections of audio to share with friends and family.
I often here parts of a podcast that I'd like to share, is it possible to add start and end bars to snip out sections? Sure it must be a lot more complicated. I'd like the option to send those snips along with the episode notes via the usual conduits.

Allow variable speed to remain enabled at 1.0x speed
Most podcasts I listen to are talking (fiction, quiz shows, etc), and I listen to those at 1.2x speed.
However, there are some podcasts that combine talking with music (e.g. podcasts where they talk about a song and then play it, or the 'Weather' in 'Welcome to Night Vale').
For such podcasts, I like to switch between listening faster (for the talking) and 1.0x speed (for the music).
However, when I switch to 1.0x speed and click OK, the variable player turns off and the regular player turns on and the podcast starts playing from several seconds away from where…

Sorting based on frequency
There should be a playlist option that allows you to sort it by the frequency which a new episode is published.

Add a confirmation box before deleting anything
I recently deleted a bunch of episodes from my playlist I only intended to download because that garbage icon is so close to the 3 dots that you have to hit to select download

Add volume control via slider in the app.
It is more convenient to control volume on the screen than fumble with the buttons.

Download by Playlist order
This suggestion is a method iaantended primarily to help users with storage restrictions (but not necessarily) and could be implemented as an extra option inside playlist.
The user should be able to set episodes download cache limited by MB or by time, for instance, 500 MB or 5 hours.
And instead of select episodes to listen by downloading it (like it works now) we would select them by just queue in the playlist, putting at the end of the list by default but a long touch would allow to queue as next (the 2nd) or play now (the 1st).

There are some podcasts that record live on Twitch. I'd love the ability to listen-in while I'm work without having the video kill my phone batteries. Thank you!

Limit the numbers of episode the App shows per channel
Many channels publish a lot of episode per day for instance news. I would like having the opportunity to limit the number of episode I want to hear or watch and the App e.g. limiting the lastest episode or the last 5 episodes the channel releases.

MORE volume boost!
I work in a very noisy environment and have to always use volume boost with my bluetooth headset. I know it could be even louder because when an alarm goes off the podcast gets even louder until I snooze or dismiss it. I would love an adjustable volume booster up to maybe 200% instead of the 20-30% it boost now.

Recently deleted
I've had a few instances where I've accidentally deleted episodes and not known which ones. Is it possible to have a 'Recently deleted' section to redownload and add these to my playlist.

Automatically apply custom settings at category-level.
This is the main feature that is preventing me from ditching BeyondPod entirely for Podcast Addict...
Use Case: When I subscribe to a new podcast, I assign it to a category called 'Auditions'. In BeyondPod, this action automatically assigns the custom settings of 'Auditions' to the podcast (which dictates that only one episode is downloaded at a time).
If I like the podcast, I will remove it from the category 'Auditions' and place it in 'Favorites', where it automatically conforms to the custom settings of its new category (thereby downloading three episodes at a time).

Audio offset feature (bluetooth sync fix)
Can you please implement a manual audio sync option whem using bluetooth to watch/listen to video podcasts? It would be great to have plus/minus buttons to fix the audio/video sync and have the app save that adjustment when connecting to the same bluetooth headphones in the future so you don't have to re-adjust the sync number every time you re-connect.

Sort playlist by week published
Like the option to sort the playlist by short publication date, add the option to sort by week published so lower priority podcasts arent missed.

Better unread counter (new released episodes)
The unread counter should consider only the number of unread episodes released after the last read or already downloaded episode from that podcast.
The rationale is that those old episodes (older than the last read/downloaded one) actually don't mind so much because we already know about their existence and ignored them consciously (usually because we just don't consider them interesting enough and probably most of them won't ever be listened), so what we really mind is about the new released episodes. Voice notes
Sometimes when I hear something interesting in podcast I'm writing it down to check it later. It is not possible while running or other activities. You might add something like recorder enabled through headphones remote controll which will stop playing podcast and enable recording to leave short note. After that places where user left note might be also marked on podcast timeline.
